The use of this site is governed by the policies, terms and
conditions set forth below. Please read them carefully. Your use of
this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Your placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms
and conditions. Your submittal of any payment to EveryFlashlight.com
indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions. These terms and
conditions shall void any previous terms or conditions included with
any order, whether or not such terms, or conditions, were signed by
a EveryFlashlight.com representative. EveryFlashlight.com reserves
the right to make changes to this site and these terms and
conditions at any time without any notice to our customers. Although
EveryFlashlight.com tries to ship any order that arrives before 1:00
PM the same day at times due to availability and the varying times
UPS gets to our shipping docks we cannot guarantee same day
shipment. However, EveryFlashlight.com does ship 95% of our orders
same day as long as the order is received before 1:00 PM Eastern
Time

RETURNS POLICY
|
Unopened products may be returned
within 20 days of product delivery date. We will notify you via
e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the item(s).
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used
for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your
shipment. If your return is not due to our error, we will deduct the
shipping costs from your refund and a restocking fee may apply.
All other opened hardware may be returned or exchanged within
20 days of product delivery date if returned in original condition,
with all original contents and packaging material. All opened
hardware will be subject to a 15% to 20% restocking fee at
EveryFlashlight.coms discretion. Items that are returned more than
20 days after delivery, are in unsellable condition, or are missing
parts or original packing materials will be charged a 20% restocking
fee at our discretion. Cost of parts and repair will also be
deducted from the refund. Shipping costs are not refundable. If the
item purchased came with Free Shipping an outbound shipping charge
will be assessed before crediting back the return.
All returns must accompany original packaging including UPC
barcode symbols. If for any reason the packaging is missing the
refund may be rejected at EveryFlashlight.com's discretion.
Flashlight: All Surefire flashlights must be sealed in
cellophane wrapping to be considered new (some Surefire flashlights
like the 9AN do not come with cellophane wrapping and this policy
does not apply). If the wrapping is no longer on the box it is
considered used and cannot be sold as new. A 20% restocking fee
applies for any unwrapped Surefire light.
Optics (i.e. Scopes and Binoculars) which are opened will incur
a 20% restocking fee. We must charge this because once opened the
item is assumed used and cannot be sold as new due to health
standards. We must sell the item as used at a significantly lower
price then our retail price.
Two Way Radios may be exchanged for other two way radios of
equal or greater value, however items being returned must include
all original packaging and UPC Symbols. All Two-way radio headset
sales is final unless found defective.
Special orders cannot be returned without a restocking fee. Any
order consisting of over 75 items of the same or similar SKU that
needs to be returned will be at the discretion of
EveryFlashlight.com management team. If for any reason a special
order is issued a RMA Number an automatic 20% restocking fee will be
assessed plus any actual outbound shipping charges incurred not
originally billed.
All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization
Number (RMA#) . The RMA# must be indicated on the outside of the
box. We CANNOT provide an RMA# on the phone. If a item is sent
without an RMA # a 20% restocking fee will apply. To obtain an RMA#
please e-mail all order information with the word RETURN in the
subject line to:

ORDER CANCELLATION:
|
EveryFlashlight.com reserves the right
to cancel any order for any reason without notice to the customer.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to
typographical error or error in pricing information received from
our suppliers, EveryFlashlight.com shall have the right to refuse or
cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
EveryFlashlight.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any
such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your
credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged
for the purchase and your order is canceled, EveryFlashlight.com
shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the
amount of the incorrect price.
Order cannot be cancelled after the have been boxed and
prepared with a shipping label. Although we will try our best, if
the item has been boxed it becomes extremely difficult to sort
through the correct box due the large volume of shipments we send
out on a daily basis. |

SHIPPING POLICIES:
|
Shipping
will be via the carrier requested by the customer as available on
our website. All phone orders are processed at 2pm EST M-F. Orders
placed after 2pm EST will be processed the next business day. All
Internet orders are processed at 2PM. Any Internet order not
received by 2PM will be processed the next business day. All
shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Any orders that
include a backordered item may be shipped out separately or at once
under the discretion of EveryFlashlight.com. We ship to all 50
states. International orders may be refused at the discretion of
EveryFlashlight.com
Free shipping offer using coupon codes only applies to the 48 US
Contiguous States. AK and HI will be an additional charge due to the
high rates charge by UPS and US Express Mail. International order do
not qualify for ANY free shipping offer.
Saturday, Sunday and Holidays do not count when calculating
order processing or shipping times.
If the delivery address is changed once the package has left
our office, the customer will be charged an address change fee of
$15.00 for UPS and $20.00 for Fedex.
All refused shipment will incur a 20% restocking fee plus a
$10.00 return shipping fee. |

SALES TAX: |
We are required to charge 7% sales tax
on all orders shipped to New Jersey addresses. No tax will be
charged on orders shipped outside the state of New Jersey. |
